Mal would happily take more activity. His eyes often stray to Regis' face, checking for the signs of enjoyment as well as reading the body language.

Moving carefully as to not disturb Mal's rhythm, Regis props himself up on one elbow to better reach, to run his free hand through Mal's hair, caress his face and down his neck and shoulders.

For a moment he simply has it resting on his tongue, held there by his teeth lightly clamped down on it between the second and third knuckle as he gazes down at Mal with a playful quick to his lips.

Mal simply arches an all too innocent eyebrow as if to say I have no clue what game you are playing. His breathing and heart rate have increased a little in response.

In simple retaliation he slips a finger along Regis' crack, coming to rest teasingly over the hole. He's had clients who have asked for it and enjoyed it.
